Virtual Class Descriptions

Core Restore
In this mixed level class, the body is worked from head to toe, from the inside out, building core strength and flexibility.  Exercise options will be given to ensure you feel challenged yet comfortable while strengthening your body.

Power & Flow
In this strong intermediate / advanced Pilates and Movement class one exercise flows into the next. Full body exercises are included throughout the class and require power, control and endurance. Not recommended for beginners. 

Strength & Balance
This gentle, mat class builds on the basics to keep your core and backs strong. The class will help you gain strength, improve flexibility and balance, and reduce pain. It is safe for individuals who suffer from Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and chronic pain. Exercise options and modifications are given to help keep you comfortable while strengthening.

Abs, Hips & Thighs
This class is designed to work all angles of your midriff, hips and legs and will reshape and contour your waistline, hips and thighs. The key is to work these areas as an integrated system where each part is connected to and affects the other.
